I think the police are still holding him for his own safety, and even if the police released him where will he go? He will become a refugee in his own country just becouse he is Fulani
According to Punch, the villagers who he live with them for over 20 years now said he rapes their women, he kidnapped those with wealth among them, he terorrised them, this are the allegations against him, that is why they attacked him....
We hope those with these allegations will come up and prove it to the police, and if not, Wakili should be dully compensated by Oyo state government and FG as well.
They did this to Sarkin Fulani Salihu Abdulkadir, they burnt all his hard earnings and also murdered seven of his people along the process, they razes his houses and left him with nothing and up to now, both Oyo State government and FG has not contact him, no any arrangements to compensate him, just becouse he is Fulani, and has no body to fight for his right, the human right groups are not fighting for Fulanis, may be they don't consider them as human beings...
