“He (Badaru) knows the weight of the appointment on his shoulder. I believe he has been contacting stakeholder to help him. We are working hand in hand and we will never stop this.

“Because the more you dialogue the more you have answers to your numerous problems. Dialogue is the best answer to every problem.
“There are challenges, yes but I believe that challenges will make us a better people. But let’s accept our challenges. Lets work towards addressing them. Never look back. We must not allow anybody to defeat us,” he maintained
The Sultan assured that traditional rulers would do everything possible to make sure there is peace and stability in the country.
He, however, appealed for continuous support to security operatives whom he said have been laying their lives for the country.
Earlier, the Minister who is also the former Governor of Jigawa state, explained that he was in Sokoto to visit troops and engage them in order to know how best to improve their operation so that peace would continue to reign in Sokoto and the country at large.
“So, we are here to seek for your prayer and fatherly advise on how to improve our services,” he said
The Minister also visited Governor Ahmed Aliyu, where he reiterated their commitment to end security challenges in the country.
He commended the state government for their sustained support to security operatives.
“We are aware of your passion and dedication and trying to support us to bring peace in Nigeria.”
