Meet Jill Biden The Potential First Lady Of The United States Of America Who is a University Professor!

As vote counting continues in the United States of America, current reports from CNN indicates that Joe Biden, the Presidential Candidate of the Democratic Party, could be coasting to victory. Seventy-seven years old Biden who served as the the vice president during Barrack Obama's administration is obviously in a tight race with the incumbent Donald Trump.

If Joe Biden continues to have an upper hand in the vote counts, then he could be the next occupant of the White House. Definitely, he would not be living in the White House without the presence of his amiable wife and loyal supporter Jill Biden.

Jill Biden has been a visible and potent force in her husband's quest to occupy the number one seat of power in the United States of America. The better half of Joe Biden, who had been moving from place to place campaigning vigorously for her beloved husband, before the onset of the elections, is indeed a force to reckon with.

The potential First Lady of the United States of America, was born June 3, 1951. She is a seasoned educationist. She has a bachelor and doctorate degree from the University of Delware. With over thirty years of teaching experience, Jill has indeed carved a niche for herself in her chosen profession.

She is regarded as the first second lady in the United States of America to hold a paying job while her husband was vice president. She kept teaching, but tried as much as possible to hide her identity from her students.

Jill has been a professor of English at Northern Virginia Community College since 2009. She is widely described by her students as a highly accommodating and caring teacher.

Interestingly, Jill Biden intends to continue her teaching job, if her husband eventually clinches the seat of power. Thus, she will arguably be the first 'First Lady' of the United States of America to have a paying job outside the jurisdiction of the White House.

Jill Biden was previously married to Bill Stevenson a Famous Delawarean. But the marriage did not see the light of the day, as they both parted ways in 1974. She eventually met the then young Joe Biden.

Joe Biden was still nursing the wounds left by the untimely demise of his first wife Neilia, when he met Jill. Neilia died in a car accident in 1972 alongside her baby. But her two other children who were also in the car survived the crash, though with serious injuries.

The relationship between Jill and Joe Biden blossomed into marriage, and the union was consummated in 1977. She instantly became the mother of Joe Biden's then young children: Beau and Hunter. They were happy to have a new mother and they called her 'mum'. The then young family soon had another addition, as Ashley was born in 1981.

At the home front, Jill seems to wield a strong but loving influence on her husband, children and grandchildren. She openly dotes on her husband, children and grandchildren. She gladly accepted Beau and Hunter as her own.

The bond is so strong that when she lost her step-son Beau in 2015 to brain cancer, it took a while for her to get over it. According to her, the loss was so shattering that she lost faith and stopped praying and attending church for about four years.

Jill Biden is also a writer who has authored some notable books. Her books include:

'Don't Forget, God Bless Our Troops',

' Where The Light Enters: Building A Family,

Discovering Myself' and the latest one,

'Joey: The Story Of Joe Biden'.

In this her latest book, she describes her husband ' Joe Biden' as the love of her life and the one who gave her the space to explore her potentials.
