‘’ Cellou Dalein Diallo is the president who was elected by the people of Guinea. He invites Guineans to fight by all legal means to gain the votes cast in the presidential election. We must fight by all legal means, ’’ said the former first past the post for Gaoual.
He denounces the existence at the highest point of the state of a "veritable mafia clan which has seized all the levers of power. We saw the President of the Constitutional Court trembling and unable to speak the law, fearing the invisible bayonet that was pointed at his neck. We saw the president of the CENI get on all fours in front of the head of state (...).
For Ousmane Gaoual Diallo, despite the filing of an appeal to the Constitutional Court to challenge the results of the ballot, the legal fight did not take place.
“There would have been a legal fight if the institutions played their roles. The judgment that the Constitutional Court released on Saturday had already been prepared since October 6. It was the will of the autocrat Alpha Condé that was expressed and the Constitutional Court said it without dowsing, '' he hammered loudly in his speech.
