Katsina girl bags 1st position in National Reading Competition in Abuja
A Primary school pupil, Suwaiba Hassan with the Faskari Model Primary School has clinched the 1st position in the just concluded National Reading/Writing Festival/Competition for Girls for Girls (G4G) groups in Abuja, Katsina Post learned.
The competition organized by UNICEF and Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office is to stimulate reading and writing skills among Nigerian Girls.
Recall that Suwaiba Hassan earlier last month contested in the same competition at the state level with over 80 pupils from across the state and emerged victorious.
