Guinea: Céllou Dalein Diallo, presidential candidate excluded from the FNDC
The National Front for the Defense of the Constitution (FNDC) has just reacted to the decision of certain political parties to participate in the presidential election scheduled for October 18. In a statement, its national coordinator Abdourahmane Sano considers that “this decision naturally results in their voluntary withdrawal from the movement”. This Monday, Cellou Dalein Diallo, president of the UFDG, the first opposition force, submitted his candidacy to the Constitutional Court, a controversial decision which confirms a division within the coalition opposed to the third term of President Alpha Condé .
