At the 8th annual prayers (Dua’a) and forum by Tabital Pulaaku International Ghana Chapter in Tamale,
our team was recognized as the best volunteers for educating Pulaaku across the country. Our team with the Tamale Fulani youth went on a clean up exercise at Tamale central hospital and also donated 20 chairs to the hospital
Yakubu Musah Barry the General secretary of tabital pulaaku international Ghana chapter, delivered our speech by saying Fulanis should take advantage of the free education system to educate their children. He also appealed to the overlords of the 3 northern region to talk to their sub chiefs to take control of their youth especially when a crime is committed around. He stressed on the fact that the chiefs should control their subjects not to take the law into their hands nobody by attacking any near by Fulani community. He also advised the fulanis to stick to the agreements they had with the chiefs while settling on their land. He also said the NIA should talk to their employees to stop harassing and denying Ghanaian Fulanis who come to do their Ghana card.
The second lady was present she also added up by saying Fulani’s should educate their children and make sure they always live in peace with the indigenes. She also promised to help brilliant Fulani science students with scholarships to study in Cuba
