IT'S GOOD TO BE GOOD: On late Barr. Mujahid Abubakar Abdullahi and Prof Ali Muhammadi Garba

I don't know these gentlemen, who died a few days apart. In fact, to my surprise, neither of them is my Facebook friend. I have encountered their names/posts/comments prior to their death, it's the reason why I suspected we were actually 'friends'.
I was moved and reawakened by the beautiful testimonials on the duo, after their death. The testimonies were proofs they lived worthy lives and touched many lives–the most important essence of life ("The best of people are those who are most beneficial to people" –Prophet Muhammad, PBUH). Alhamdulillah!
From the reactions here, the lives of the two gentlemen remind us of the need–and importance–of being good. May Allah help us imbibe these lessons and emulate their good deeds. May they find eternal peace, ameen.
