Alioune Tine: “Defying ECOWAS is a threat for the whole Sub-region”
Between ECOWAS and the National Council for the Salvation of the People who currently rule Mali, the current has not yet passed. Faced with this situation, Alioune Tine warns of the risks that the sub-region is running.
