The best way to fix the Banditry issues is to copy from the Niger Delta Template._Adamu Garba
Rehabilitation, Reintegration and Training.
They need to be integrated as responsible citizens, away from the forests, similar to the way Niger Delta Militants we taken away from the creeks.
All their cattle have been rustled, their best and most important means of livelihood.
They don’t have land to stay and live like normal humans. Govt have neglected them since 1999. No schools, no hospital, no house, no cattle & now they’re endangered due to ethic strife.
