On September 17th 2019 about 28 students died as a result of a fire outbreak at the united Da'Wah Ummah of Liberia mosque and school in Bass town community
After the disastrous incident president weah and his special advisor on Islamic affair honorable Osman T Jalloh visited the campus, and offer sympathy to the Muslim community and the bereaved family, and HE made a commitment to rebuild the place.
The president through his Islamic advisor reach out to his Qatar counterpart to rebuild the mosque and the school, the commitment has been fulfilled, the school and the mosque was dedicated yesterday by the president and his Islamic advisor.
