Kounkande sentenced to six months in prison
The case of Amadou Diouldé Diallo alias “Kounkandé” and Ibrahima Niass alias “Sant Yallah” was called to the bar of the High Court of Thiès, this Wednesday.
According to Seneweb, the High Court of Thiès found these two defendants guilty of fraud and charlatanism, during its deliberations delivered on Wednesday.
Kounkandé and Sant Yalla will have to pay each other as damages 4 million CFA francs to their co-defendant I.Diamé.
