Mahama's Flood Resilience Plan Emerges as Accra Sinks Underwater, while Akufo- Addo's Promises Drown in Flooding Crises

Accra, the vibrant capital city of Ghana, is currently facing a severe flooding crisis, causing devastation among residents and overwhelming the city's infrastructure.
