Declaration of intent to contest FOR NANs VP NATIONAL AFFAIRS

I WANT TO USE THIS MEDIUM TO OFFICIALLY DECLARE MY INTENTION TO CONTEST ELECTION TO OCCUPY THE EXALTED OFFICE OF VICE PRESIDENT NATIONAL AFFAIRS (NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIAN STUDENTS) NANS 2020 CONVENTION.*

Fellow NIGERIAN STUDENTS, leaders and members of the entire Students struggle both at home and in the Diaspora, respected colleagues,Stakeholders and Men of Timber and Caliber I humbly greet you all in the spirit of Aluta.

My name is SULEIMAN MUHAMMED TASIU; a student of Nasarawa State Polytechnic Lafia,no doubt In the coming weeks, there shall be elections into the executive council positions of National Association of Nigerian Students NANS, the umbrella body of Nigerian students and the largest student organization in Nigeria.
 
My fellow Nigerian students,I am putting myself forward to represent you as your Next Executive Vice President National Affairs.

I represent the best of Nigerian Students and I'm running for this office to ensure your overall welfare in across boards, to protect your interest in all Ramifications and deal with your concerns whenever it arises with all sense of responsibility.

Of course, it is going to be a great privilege to emerge as the Youngest Student Leader in the struggle of our great union which will give our union a whole new outlook as a modern and empowering organization. 

However, I am soliciting for your supports base on my personal quality as a change_catalyst, Experience,bold and capacity Student/youth activist.

“Change will not come if we wait for some other person, or if we wait for some other time. 

We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. 

We are the change that we seek.” 

As for me, I will never sit on the fence when the battle is to ensure that Students Inclusion in governance works in the genuine interest of  the Nigerian Students.

My Dear Nigerian Students, I will not relent in my agitation for quality Leadership; because in this lies all the ingredients of developmental strides known to man.

As the Slogan goes,I HAVE COME TO CHANGE THE NARRATIVES AND WALK THE TALK inshaAllah.

Remember nothing for US without US as such am here to prove to you that we the Students are the LEADERS of today and tomorrow.
