Bassa/Jos North: Appeal Court Sacks Musa Agah, Declared Gwani Dan-London Winner Of Feb 26 Bye-Election 

The Jos Division of Court of Appeal on Friday dismissed an Appeal filed by Hon. Musa Agah Avia of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and upheld the judgment of the lower Tribunal in declaring Hon. Gwani Muhammad Adam Alkali (Dan-London) of the Peoples Redemption Party (PRP) as the winner of the February 26, 2022 Bye-Election for Jos North/Bassa Federal Constituency.

The Court further Ordered that Gwani Muhammad Adam Alkali be issued certificate of Return and sworn in immediately.
