A Fulani Girl, Ruqayya Modibbo Umaru from Taraba has graduated from prestigious A.B.U Zaria with First class degree in Law.
Ruqayya hailed from Nguroje Sardauna Local Government Area of Taraba state, she was also Best graduating student in her set.
She's the daughter of renowned Islamic scholar Modibbo Umaru Jalingo of blessed memory, and younger sister of Abba modibbo Umaru who also graduate with #First_Class in University of Maiduguri.
