Nigerian govt and Nigerians are not sincere on security
Unless ethnicity , religious bigotry , sentiments , personal grudges is totally subtracted from the minds of Nigerians , peace and tranquility will continue to be elusive . If all minor and major security scare in Nigeria will always be associated with herdsmen such as gun shots in our churches , assisination of top politicians and clergy men , bussiness Mongols , attack on governor's convoy and even bank robbery but after extensive investigation found to be false , then Nigerians and their government should retract from criminalising the fulanis and face the reality.
The life of a herdsman in Nigeria today is not valued more than the life of a rat or cockroach as witnessed in the barbaric killing of herdsmen across the country which is openly celebrated by Nigerians. The recent wicked and barbaric killing of herdsmen in Anambra , Shaki in Kwara state , Mokwa and Tashan hajiya in Niger state , the inhuman elimination of three ardos in Zangon kataf in Kaduna state by the blood sucking antyep malicia and the slaughter of innocent Fulbe on transit on our roads by the vigilante and some host communities has clearly indicated the hypocrisy of our media and the government who remain silent but will shamelessly spread unconfirmed report on any suspected represal attacks condemning and profiling the herdsmen as criminals.
I have told Nigerians several times on this platform that they can not fight an unjust fight against a well coordinated ethnic group in the world with an intimidating population of over sixty five million , very brave , rich and intelligent. Sincere dialogue and respect for one another will be the only true weapon that can lead to a lasting peace in Nigeria not hatred , profiling or nameplatiing. Let's all unite to have peace in our country.
