Super Eagles captain, Ahmed Musa, has donated the sum of Two Million Naira (N2 million) to the Army Day Secondary School, Bukavu Barrack for the construction of Mosque in the school premises.

The former CSKA Moscow forward made the donation when he visited the School after completing routine training with the Sai Masu Gida on Thursday.

The 2013 AFCON winner promised to provide furnitures (desks) to some classes in the school so as to bring an end to the lack of adequate desks in the school.

While addressing the students, Musa charged them to focus more on their studies and warned them to shunned drug abuses and other social vices in order to be productive to themselves, families and the society at large.

He reiterated his determination to support any move that would promote Islamic and Western Education.

The captain then expressed appreciation by the commitment of the teachers in the school for providing quality education to the students and urged them to sustain the tempo.

In his remarks, Director of the school, Alhaji Yusuf Sa’idu, thanked Musa for the visit and wished him Allah’s guidance in his career.

The Director listed the numerous challenges the school is facing ranging from lack of Mosque, toilets and furnitures in some classes and solicits for the Super Eagles captain’s support to overcome the challenges.
