After Police Uncovered The Hideout Of Youths Disguised As Fulani Herdsmen, Read The Action They Took

Nowadays, many Nigerians link criminality to the Fulani tribe, who has been accused several times of killing, kidnapping and causing mayhem in the society. Although, the killer Fulanis are said to come from a foreign land, but it still doesn't change the mindset that people have about them. It has now gotten to the point when people now commit crimes under the disguise as Fulani herdsmen, to put the Fulani tribe in a bad light.

According to Warri Aproko Special, a local media house in Delta State, the Police in Delta State uncovered a hideout of notorious criminals in Abraka, Ethiope East and Obiaruku, all in Ukwuani Local Government Area of Delta State. This was a joint operation by the Police, Department of State Services (DSS), Local Vigilantes and some youths.

Upon sighting the security agencies, the criminals opened fire on them, but got what they deserve, as the security forces fired back at them, leaving some with gunshot wounds as they escaped. However, the Police were able to capture four youths from Urhobo, who disguised as Fulani herdsmen. Lucky Eduvire who is 31 years old, Freedom Uguru who is 33 years old, Enita Omogware who is 38 years old and Henry Blessing Ovie, 25 years of age, are the four youths who were captured by the security agencies.

The Police also arrested one Odili Opochi, a secret cultist, who is linked to the murder of an Anti-Cult group chairman, Austyne Emuamaka since the 5th of December, 2020.
