THE UNITY OF NIGERIA IS NONE NEGOTIABLE
PRESS STATEMENT
The reports coming from the southern part of the country particularly South East, in particular, is not encouraging even though the universal constitution of the federation has given all and sundry beyond the boundaries of tribes and faith to live in all part of the country.
The political elites that are beating the drums of war should think otherwise as Nigerians are not ready to entertain another method of their long divisional tendencies to divert the attention of the public and hence the need to think outside the box at this trying moment.
The federal government must as a matter of urgency through the nation Security agencies wave into this crisis and on no account should they succumb to any intimidation while discharging their primary responsibilities of ensuring that Nigerians are protected and their properties secure wherever they are in all part of the country.
The President should summon a National summit of the national stakeholders to discuss the way out of ending this feud that is causing the country it images in the eyes of the world as a people that has agreed to live together for decades. It is a time to do away with divisive tendencies and come together to work together as team irrespective of our Party affiliations to secure our country.
