Mali: IBK decrees three days of national mourning

President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita said IBK declared 72 hours of national mourning. This, five (5) days after the tragic terrorist attack in the village of Ogossagou in the Bankass district, Mopti administrative region, central Mali.

The flags will be half-masted on all public buildings and buildings throughout the duration of the mourning period.
