Abu Sow New President of Tabital Pulaaku Mali

Abu Sow is a Malian politician, born in 1953 in Gavinané (Nioro Circle of Sahel, Mali). After his core studies in Gavinané between 1960 and 1965, Abu Sow completed high school at Badalabougou High School where he obtained his Bachelor of Modern Letter Series Series in 1972. He obtains a Master’s degree in General Administration and Public Law. In 1991, he became Chief of Staff of the Minister of Agriculture, and then exercised at various High Administration positions (Prime Minister Technical Advisor, National Director at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Head of the Administration Section at the National Execution Support Unit; Chief of staff. In January 2005, he was appointed governor of the Ségou region. April 9, 2009 President Amadou Toumani Touré appoints Secretary of State to the Prime Minister responsible for Integrated Development of the Niger Office Zone in the Government of Modibo Sidibé [2]. April 6, 2011 He was appointed Minister Delegate to the Prime Minister, in charge of Integrated Development of the Niger Office Zone in the Government of Cissé Government Mariam Kaïdama Sidibe
