To put an end to the post-election crisis, Dalein sets a condition: "you have to recognize the real winner"

Cellou Dalein Diallo, who continues to claim his victory in the presidential election, does not believe in the call for dialogue launched by his challenger Alpha Condé.

The leader of the UFDG told RFI on Sunday that while the head of state asserts a hand extended for dialogue, his party's headquarters are under siege by the defense and security forces.

“It’s a cocked arm that he [Alpha Condé] has pulled out, it’s not an outstretched hand.  It was a murderous hand that he released, ’’ said Cellou Dalein Diallo, who refused to admit defeat.

He says he is ready to dialogue si ’if it is to define the modalities, respect for the truth of the ballot box, for the recognition of my victory’ ’.

To end the crisis in the country, the former prime minister says we affirme ’have to respect the truth of the ballot box, recognize the real winner, start a dialogue’ ’.

Until the conditions for a dialogue are met, Dalein is not ruling out the option of the streets to claim his victoire ’victory’ ’in the October 18 poll.  ‘’ The right to protest in the streets and in public places is a constitutional right in Guinea.  And we will use all legal means to impose the truth of the ballot box and to obtain recognition of our victory, ’’ he warns.
